From Inactive to Franchised

Houston tags camp superstar McCall
By "Houston Nutt IV"

Pre-Season 2145 (Houston, TX) - The Texans made a risky move this week, franchising D-Lineman Tyler McCall and increasing his salary from $3 million to $8 million for the duration of his contract.

'He hasn't played in game action yet, but this off season he prepared like a beast and is ready to take his game to another level. Last thing I would want is to see him amass 20 sacks his 6th season then get poached for 20 million. This way, we keep him at a low price tag for someone who could be an anchor on our line.' said team owner Patrick Sicher'

McCall was the second pick in the second round of the 2142 draft, #20 overall.
