Dyal & Noble Ink Franchise Player Deals By "Mark Waterman"

(Philadelphia) - The Philadelphia Eagles held a pre-twilight impromptu press conference to announce the signings of 5yr OL Mark Dyal and 3yr DL Albert Noble to Franchise Player contracts.
Dyal received a 12 million per offer and Noble an 8 million per offer. Both players quickly signed the deals shortly before the league mandated deadline.
