Cincinnati Bengals hire longtime GM Mike Manuel as new AGM

Off-Season 2081 (Cincinnati, Ohio) - In a move to push Cincinnati that last bit into the playoff picture Bengal's Pres Glenn Simons called a press conference at noon today to announce the hiring of long time GM Mike Manuel as Cincinnati's new AGM. Stating that Coach Manuel is here only to assist GM James Barr with evaluation of new and current Players on the team.

Pres. Simons says ' Getting (Mike) Manuel in here to help James (Barr) is a great move for the team. We expect James (Barr) and Mike (Manuel) to be a great tandem here in the league and we expect to see great movement by the team in the coming seasons.'

AGM Manuel had no comment on what his exact duties would be here with the team stating that he has not been able to speak with Gm Barr as to what he wants him to work on. We look at this as a neutral move by the Bengals but, we shall see what comes of this newest move by the team.
