Hawks win Sundby, Eye repeat

Off-Season 2239  - The city of Seattle is finally home to the Sundby Cup. The first for the franchise since Mark Thuls Baltimore Ravens beat New Orleans in 2179, and the first for the people of Seattle.

The Seahawks fired on all cylinders, once again beating the Saints, 34-9. Nicholas Fisher, who was plugged in only due to salary cap mismanagement in the off season, rushed for 171 yards...the second most in a Sundby Cup during the modern era. That effort however was not enough to get Owner Dan Kimball to commit to giving him the job long term. 'He did a great job filling the hole this year, but this team is about competition. I would like to get someone faster back in that role if I had my way.'

Kimball also believes that his team has a good chance to repeat. 'The 2 key losses being LB Jay Lynn, and G Zach Dorsey. Both were all time greats, and will have their numbers retired. But both were also losing a step, and it was probably time to get a little younger at those spots'
