Close Friend: Green Emotionally Unstable

Struggles, hatred from teammates, fans, and personell may push Green to the edge soon
By "Mike Michaels"

Regular Season 2089 (Cameron, North Carolina) - A longtime friend of embattled Giants running back Evan Green says Green's 'emotionally unstable'.

The unidentified friend said, 'Green hates football. He's hated it since day one. He's just paying it to get paid. He doesn't care about his team. The problem is he's almost flat broke. He's spent all of his money since he signed that big contract, and now he can't pay the bills. He's a broken man and acting more and more desperate by the day.'

'Even though Green's telling me he doesn't care about football. It's obvious he cares about the reaction he's getting. The fans hate him and shout all sorts of insults at him. His own teammates can't stand him and one of them, who is another friend of mine, plan a walkout if Green's not gone in the offseason. Jay Lee's beaten him bloody three times already, once last offseason during that infamous golf tournament, and twice more following the Redskins and Packers games. Even Kevin Wood's getting his licks in. He's telling me he can't stand the abuse from the fans, and his teammates, and he's telling me the team's front office plans to sue him for breach of contract. They want the money back that they gave him for his contract, and he doesn't have it anymore. His stuff is in danger of being repossessed because he can't pay off his bills. He spends it all on partying and women.'

The friend went on to say that 'Football's the only thing he's good at. He's got nothing to fall back on, and it's getting more and more obvious that he's not even good at football. All he ever wanted was to be a celebrity and loved by millions, but nobody loves him. He's even snapped at me a few times and telling me I'm not good enough to be in his posse. Well, someone has to come forward and tell the world just who the real Evan Green is. The guy's emotionally unstable and has been for a long time. He needs some serious help before he does something drastic.'
