Buffalo Bills GM Mark Ricotta is reportedly meeting with league officials to confirm that one of his offer sheets was overlooked on Matching Day. The alleged offer is reported to involve OL Bubby Ashley.

Sources inside the league offices say that Commissioner Andrew Lewis is investigating every single offer sheet that was submitted during the 2097 Free Agency period in order to validate the entire market result.

---- 6:30PM ET final update

The league held a press conference announcing that the following three players actually received matching offers from their original GMs:

• Green Bay OL Stan Pagel
• Philadelphia QB Bill Mays
• Buffalo OL Bubby Ashley

The league will be publishing the revised FA results shortly.

League officials placed the blame at the feet of their webserver provider, producing evidence that the webhost reset the personnel database during the hours of Day2 of the league's Free Agency period.

Commissioner Grandberg says that this is the first time the error had occurred.

League officials say that the Trading deadline was moved to 12PM (noon) ET on Friday (an additional 12hrs), thus allowing 9hrs for the GMs to prepare for Friday evening's 9PM ET Final Roster Cut deadline.
