Off-Season 2115
(Houston, TX) - The Texans today announced that before camp they had inked 4th year defensive lineman Dean Sherrard to a long term deal. He continues a long line of recent stud D-Lineman for the Texans that include Ray Nunn, Boyd White, and Lonzell Dumas.
Sherrard was taken 5th overall in 2113 and joins Donnell Belfatto (taken 4th) as the 2nd player to sign a franchise player contract from that draft.
