Texans set unusual team record

Houston surprised by season results

Off-Season 2117 (Houston, TX) - In the 89 year history of the Houston Texans, there is one thing they have never achieved until this season.

12 wins.

'It's odd, we have done our share of winning, but we never accomplished more than 11 wins. 3 Sundby Cups, but never more than 11 wins.' Said team owner Patrick Sicher 'When you look at our record books, you see several 9-10-11 win seasons, but never more than that.'

The record breaking victory also helped put off a dubious mark. Losing the last game of the season would have been the Texans 700th loss.

Since moving to Houston in 2028, the Texans have gone 551-699-10. Sicher bought the team 2 years earlier when they were still in San Francisco where he went 2-26.

'We havent done the consistent winning of some of the powerhouses, but we have taken a different approach to winning titles. from 2088 to 2090 we went 0-42, but we went on to win the division 4 straight times, including two Sundby Cups a mere 3 years later.'
