It's War

Giants, citing lack of respect, have vowed to destroy the Redskins

Playoffs 2144 (Albany, NY) - The New York Giants are sick of the Washington Redskins.

'It's all about them. They suck. They're awful. They have no talent whatsoever. What does it say about us when we lose to them? Everything in this league is all about the Washington Redskins. No more.' GM Joe Malloy said following the season.

'Our players are sick of complete and utter jokes like Alan Jay, Walt Evans, and that piece of trash Vincent St. John touted as like they are some sort of American heroes. They're nothing. They hide behind everything. Wjhy don't they play for real teams? They're not even fit to..'

Conveniently, the microphones stopped working right at that moment for a few moments. The malfunction didn't quite hidethe rage and hatred the New York Giants organization has for the Washington Redskins organization. Mention the Redskins or any of their players to a member of the Giants organization and their faces grow red.

GM Joe Malloy feels that there have been better players throughout the history of the league that don't get the press the players of the Washington Redskins get. In fact, he pointed it out once the microphones were working again.

'The players on the current Redskins teams were named the 53 greatest players in USAFL history. Why? We see so many great players and hall of famers pass through, and the All time USAFL team is comprised of these guys? What is this all about?'

When asked about the rest of the NFC East not being able to break through into the playoffs because of the recent Redskin domination, Malloy only grew angrier.

'We miss out on the playoffs because we face a bunch of cheats. We can't make the playoffs because of these guys. We got robbed in our last four games because nobody wants to see anything happen to the Redskins. Well, I do. It's either them or us. We don't get any respect, and it's time for a war. I'm hoping to see Redskin blood spilled and Redskin bones broken.'

Will the bad blood between the Giants and the Redskins cease?

'Maybe when we get some respect, and maybe when there's an owner that will restore some dignity to that franchise. I'm all for an even playing field, which is what we don't have right now. It was fine when Ben Breeden was in charge.'
