Pre-Season 2184 (Houston, TX) - The Texans announced today that the #2 pick in the 2081 draft, running back Scott Carter to a $8 million franchise contract.

As a rookie in 2081, Carter has increased his productivity over the last three seasons

2081 - 202 Carries for 713 yards and 2 TDs
2082 - 237 Carries for 1093 yards and 3 TDs
2083 - 267 Carries for 1231 yards and 4 TDs

He is expected to run for 1500 this season and hopefully more than 5 TDs
