Cincinnati GM promises fans things will change

Bengals GM goes on warpath after season
By "Who Dey"

Off-Season 2195 (Cincinnati) - Cincinnati Bengals GM 'Trader' Lee Remley, quiet the last few seasons as the Bengals put together back to back sub-par seasons, emerged with a vengeance today during the team's post-season press conference.

'We're here for the post-mortem,' Remley said in his opening remarks. 'There are too many veterans making too much money to go 4-10. This is ridiculous.'

When pressed further by the local media, the usually outspoken GM went off.

'There will be changes, beleive me,' Remley went on. 'You will see a lot of high priced people moving on their way. If they don't want to be part of the solution here, then they are part of the problem and we don't want them around here. The 23rd century is almost here, and we have to be ready.'

Rumor has it that prolific moves are on their way for this roster that has apparently underperformed for their boss. There are a lot of good players here that could help teams elsewhere if that is the way their GM plays it. With this draft pretty scarce as far as impact players, it looks like another down season for the Bengals at any rate.

Will the fans be patient? Is the GM is trouble? Is Coach Courtney McLemore safe? Will the Enterprise fly over the stadium on opening day?

The answer to these and other questions will come with the new season.
