Pre-Season 2208 (Philadelphia, PA) - The Eagles have been a bottom feeder in the USAFL for many years now but really think they are on the rise now. When you look at teams on paper the Eagles don't look too bad.

They have an elite QB in Dave Bass and behind him is a quality back up in Jerry Keseday. The running back position is looking solid with 3 guys who have a combined 4 years experience. The wide receivers have been coming along nicely led by David Cross the 9 year veteran. On offense where they are weak though is the offensive line. There are a lot of questions up front in the trenches.

When you look at the defense most of the talent is in the veteran players but they are looking for big things from some of their younger quicker defensive lineman.

Could the 2208 season be the year we have been waiting for in Philadelphia? We all hope that this is the year they rise towards the top once again. Eagles will soar once again!
