(Tampa Bay) - Tampa Bay Brass announced today that 'Mad' Matt Marx, called 3M by his teammates, has been signed to a team Franchise contract that will reward him with an $8 million a year for the rest of his career. 'We were so surprised Matt was still there for us so late in the first round of the 2263 draft. He's never let us down since and we wanted to show him we'd be there for him the rest of his career.' That was the statement out of the Tampa Head office from GM, Addam Brown.
