Title Returns to Mobtown!

Ravens Franchise Restoring Old Glory
By "Ago Ombah"

Off-Season 2277 (Baltimore, MD) - 2179: Baltimore Ravens 27 New Orleans Saints 3

That score, 97 years ago, represents the a point of civic pride many thought they'd never see again once the team moved to Seattle. In fact, there are only a handful of people who were actually alive for it, but the stories of the great Ravens franchise were passed down through the sport-fanatic families that thrive in Mobtown.

Taylor Hamilton actually does remember the last championship. 'I was 13, and my father got me an autographed Darian Swans jersey. He was my favorite player. I still have it framed on the wall.'

2276: Baltimore Ravens 23 Green Bay Packers 14

The Ravens of old rose from the ashes like the mythical Phoenix, reviving a once mighty franchise's standing in the league.

'I tell you what, this is amazing!' exclaimed RB Aaron Tippens. 'The energy of this town is crazy! I love playing for these fans! I'm thrilled to be a part of this town's and franchise's legacy!'

GM Mark Thul said he received a congratulatory call from Packer GM Jeff Muszynski shortly after the game. 'A class move by a classy owner,' stated Thul. 'It was a much classier conversation than the call I got from Carl Gerbschmidt. I have no idea how he gets my number; I change it after every conversation with him!'

Apparently, Gerbschmidt is accusing Thul of grand larceny and plans on taking legal action.

'That championship belongs to the Packers. Any championship Baltimore gets is really a Packer championship because they came from here. So really, we didn't lose. We couldn't have. Either way, the Packers were winning that game, and I'm going to take legal action to make sure Mark Thul is punished for trying to steal the Packer legacy' stated an inebriated Gerbschmidt. When asked about the dampness around his eyes, he merely replied, 'Allergies.'

Still, Baltimore is celebrating tonight. Their town is a champion again!
