(Kansas City, MO) - The Chiefs' front office is still waiting to hear what happened at the training facility. Hours before Kansas City was due to move in to their training facility, they were informed a gas leak was detected and they could not hold training camp there. Forced to relocate at a moment's notice, the Chiefs were not prepared and missed out on a lot of physical training exercises.
'This is unbelievable,' GM Harrison said in a very short interview. 'We already came off one of our worst seasons ever and now we will behind going into this season. It's just another challenge we are going to have to overcome.'
The Chiefs spent a lot of time going over plays, assignments, you name it, everything BUT actually running the plays. They couldn't even find a high school field to practice on due to the recent tornados wiping out two local high schools. It doesn't look good for 2127 ....
