Despite not being highly sought after, Jones is eager to sign

Off-Season 2139 (Atlanta, GA) - Free agent offensive lineman Clint Jones, who was the subject of controversy during the 2138 season when his lavish lifestyle took top priority over football, is looking forward to tonight.

'I'm gonna sign a new contract at my wedding reception in the Georgia Dome.' Jones said. 'It's my ultimate wedding gift.'

Jones is going to marry international womens volleyball superstar Becky Walters inside the Georgia Dome tonight, and the guest list includes many A-list celebrities from Hollywood, and the music and sports worlds. Noted absences from the guest list apparently include members of the New York Giants, suggesting that Jones will not return to the team next season.

'I'm living like the star I've always dreamed of. I deserve this, I'm awesome. Got the most beautiful woman in the world by my side, got the big house, the big cars, the big everything.' Jones said.

Despite not as being highly sought after as he thought he would be in free agency, Jones is eager to sign his new deal in front of a worldwide audience. While there are rumors that the financial terms of the contract aren't to his liking, the endorsement deals he's lined up more than make up for it.

'I'm just eager to play, man. The more I'm featured, the better it is for me, my beautiful wife, my new team, and my sponsors.'

The New York Giants currently have no comment at the present time.
