Seahawks fire everyone! (except the head coach/GM)

Off-Season 2230 (Kirkland, WA) - Offensive Coordinator Dylan Pickle arrived in Seattle with the fanfare -- and salary -- usually reserved for head coaches.

It set a level of expectations Pickle never came close to matching, and on Thursday he was fired after five years as the Seahawks OC. How he lasted this long, we will never know.

The dismissal came after 5 years, in which the team won a total of 1 game.

After another horrible season, Seahawk coach and GM Dan Kimball said all aspects of his team would be evaluated. It didn't take long to determine that Pickle needed to go.
Along with Pickle, the Seahawks fired DC Oliver Klosoff after 5 years as well.

'They were instrumental in the leadership and development of countless men, and they have left our teamm in a better place,' Kimball said in a statement announcing the firings. 'I am grateful for their service to our team and for falling on the sword, and allowing me to keep my job.'

Sources close to the team have reported that OC I.P. Freely, who runs the Heavy offense, and DC Jacques Strap who runs a 3-4 will be tapped to be the next coordinators in Seattle.
